Phase 1 Plan has a total capacity of 412,000cbm for Class 3 products and is scheduled for completion in mid-2012. Oil Terminal -1 (OT-1) with 4 berths & Oil Terminal -2 (OT-2) with 4 berths

Draft ranging from 15 m to 18 m.
Each berth provided with 16" Marine Loading Arms with flow rates of 4,000 m3 /hr.
Piggable berth headers for OT-2.
Matrix Manifold within the Port premises connecting all users to all the berths at OT-1 and OT-2
